Physical Theatre + Devising +
Physical Theatre+Devising is a lab focusing on the relationship between the imagination and the body, allowing the participants to embark on a journey to re-discover their playfulness, get out of their heads and experiment.
We want to create accessible space to exercise our physical and imaginative muscles in a safe and supportive environment that encourages play, exploration and experimentation without the need for a prescribed outcome.
Living in such fast-paced, outcome-focused times, we rarely have the chance to tend to our curiosity of. We often forget how important it is to allow ourselves to simply play, observe, and express. Hence, we want to go back to the basics, nourish our artistic souls, and maybe even scatter a few creative seeds.
